All facilities need to conduct annual refresher training on a number of OSHA regulations.
MARCOM’s video/DVD “Regulatory Refresher” courses give employees the information
they need to refresh their knowledge as cost effectively as possible.

The refresher series includes the four new titles announced in our last newsletter, and is
now available in VHS and DVD formats. Most topics are available in both English and

We are currently updating our “Safety Orientation” course, which is scheduled for a late
May release. The course addresses two of the most challenging safety issues
confronting employers today…developing a good safety attitude in your employees and
providing introductory safety training for new or inexperienced workers. With the
constant employee turnover that occurs in today’s workplaces, this program is a must
have for safety trainers.

We added two new courses to our “Safety Meeting Kit” series:

• • Workplace Harassment in the Office
  • Workplace Harassment in Industrial Facilities

These courses discuss

• the various types of harassment found in the workplace,
• how harassment can affect an employee’s work situation
• and what employees themselves can do to help prevent workplace harassment.

With incidents of harassment and violence increasing in the workplace, these are courses that every employee should see!
