We added two new courses to our “Safety Meeting Kit” series:

• • Workplace Harassment in the Office
  • Workplace Harassment in Industrial Facilities

These courses discuss

• the various types of harassment found in the workplace,
• how harassment can affect an employee’s work situation
• and what employees themselves can do to help prevent workplace harassment.

With incidents of harassment and violence increasing in the workplace, these are courses that every employee should see!

We are adding four new courses to our Safety Meeting Kit series:

* Conflict Resolution in the Office
* Conflict Resolution in Industrial Facilities
* Workplace Harassment in the Office
* Workplace harassment in Industrial Facilities

The Conflict Resolution courses will discuss techniques and strategies that can be used to limit the damage and disruption conflict can cause in the workplace. They will show employees that when difficult situations are dealt with in a calm and unemotional way, compromise and collaboration are possible and a lot can be gained from resolving a conflict. We expect to release the videotape/DVD versions of the courses at the end of January.

The Workplace Harassment safety programs will discuss the various types of harassment that are found in the workplace, how they can affect an employee’s work situation and what employees themselves can do to help prevent workplace harassment. We expect to release the videotape/DVD versions of these courses at the end of February.

As always, we will notify you when the courses are officially released. CD-ROM versions of the courses will be released in the second quarter.
