Ames True Temper was cited for electrical and other safety hazards in their Carlisle, PA storage warehouse on January 24, 2011. OSHA Cited AGP Grain Marketing March 8, 2011 No Comments

In December 2010 the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration investigated and cited AGP Grain Marketing LLC for exposing workers to machine guarding and fall hazards, as well as other safety and health hazards. During the investigation OSHA found the company had seven serious violations and one repeat citation totaling $64,000 in penalties.
