According to 49 CFR §382.603, all persons designated to supervise drivers must receive at least “60 minutes of training on alcohol misuse and 60 minutes on controlled substance use.” Help satisfy this requirement with A Supervisor’s Guide to Reasonable Suspicion Testing!

- (1) 20-minute, closed-captioned video - Available on DVD (with expanded content and benefits) or VHS, the program clearly explains the concept of “reasonable suspicion.” Uses several real-life scenarios supervisors could face, including “refusal to submit to testing.†Also includes information on physical behavior, speech and performance indicators of probable alcohol misuse or drug abuse, as required by 49 CFR §382.603.
- (1) Trainer Tools CD-ROM - CD-ROM features supplementary information, including content for audiovisual presentations/handouts, quizzes, answer keys, clip art, posters, and a training log. These items can be used as-is, customized, or imported into PowerPoint® presentations. The minimum computer system requirements for the Trainer Tools CD-ROM are Office 2000, with Word, and Internet Explorer version 5.5. (CD-ROM not sold separately.)
- (1) Trainer’s Guide - Features answer keys to workbook tests and exercises.
- (6) Supervisor Workbooks - Contain 40 pages of pre- and post-tests and new learning activity scenarios, plus a tear-out receipt page.
