But an employee must have a high overall level of knowledge of the course material to pass the typical pre-test, and many employees don’t have this capability. With the assessment feature, MARCOM’s courses break the pre-test down to the “chapter” level, and “assess” an employee’s knowledge chapter by chapter. If an employee answers enough of a chapter’s pre-test questions the course automatically “reconfigures” itself without that chapter, so the employee doesn’t have to sit through training on material that they already know, saving time and money…lots of money!
