ADA Disability Act

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is a Federal civil rights law that prohibits discrimination against people with disabilities in employment, transportation, public accommodation, communications, and governmental activities. The ADA also establishes requirements for telecommunications relay services. Because the ADA covers different aspects of business, all employees from HR, management, and regular employees need to be given training that fits his or her job level. C&S offers easy to use training programs for supervisors and  HR personnel, as well as training for other staff  to learn the basic requirements of the ADA Regulations. The training covers topics ranging from hiring and firing, working with people with disabilities, to servicing disabled customers.
