Over 35,000 cases of intimidation, sabotage and alienation in the workplaces cases are reported  annually. Some conflicts, heated discussions and disagreements could be a normal part of employment, different personalities and working styles force teams to adjust work habits in order to get tasks done and come up with new products or procedures. However, when conflicts turn personal, or involve domination, yelling, insults, sabotaging of work and isolation it becomes toxic workplace.
