This motivational training program is designed not only for maintenance personnel, but anyone working around, near or on machines and equipment.  Reviews the training requirements of Lockout/Tagout, but graphically demonstrates what happens when short cuts and not adhering strictly to Lockout  Tagout procedures.  This is a very graphic program to send a strong message of “what could happen” if you don’t follow proper procedures.
